Do you still want to celebrate your original wedding date but want to do so safely? We would be honored to help! We’d love to work with you to make your intimate wedding have all the special details you originally wanted.

2020 Rate Schedule and Policies
Our rates include:
Two hours on-site consultation with our event coordinator.
One 10-hour block on-site on the day you have booked our facility. Set-up and clean-up time is included in this 10-hour block.
One additional hour on-site for your rehearsal.
Fair Harbor Marina accepts reservations up to 18 months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit of $1000 is required to book a reservation. All fees must be paid at least 8 weeks in advance of the function.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $750 is payable 30 days prior in addition to the rental fees. Upon a satisfactory post-event inspection, this fee will be returned within 30 days of the event date.
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds of the initial deposit if the event is cancelled.
Fair Harbor Marina Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol may be served by licensed bartenders supplied either by caterer or Fair Harbor. Sorry, NO HARD ALCOHOL – only beer, wine and champagne. Bartenders are an additional $30.00/hr.
No Alcohol may be consumed on the premises prior to the ceremony. Alcohol service must end 30 minutes prior (9:00PM) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Responsible party must obtain WSLCB banquet permit and furnish this to Fair Harbor 2 weeks prior to event.

Bartenders are required by State law to check ID. Please remind your bridal party and friends to bring their ID.
We furnish tables and chairs for 100 – these will be set per diagram completed by you. Diagram due 2 weeks prior.
Additional tables & chairs, linens, china, glassware, tenting to be provided by caterer or rental company. You are responsible for the coordination, delivery and cleanup of these rented items.
Music and Sound Management:
Music and noise must end by 9:30 PM – Fair Harbor staff reserves the right to ask that amplified music be lowered. The noise restriction applies to the sendoff of bride & groom. A decibel meter will be placed at the DJ table and music may not exceed 85 db.
Decorations and Clean up:
No material may be attached, affixed, tacked, stapled or taped to any part of the buildings without prior approval.
Nothing may be strewn or tossed: e.g. birdseed, rice, flower petals, bubbles, sparklers or piñatas without prior approval. No confetti of any type is permitted on the property. You will be responsible for the cost of cleanup.
Approved items and decorations must be cleaned up and removed from the property by the contracted end time.
