Moorage Rates

Open Moorage

• Permanent annual moorage
• $6.00 per foot, plus $20.00 per month for electricity
• Requires one month deposit

Month-to-Month Moorage

• April thru October: $6.50 per foot
• November thru March: $6.00 per foot
• $20.00 per month for electricity
• Requires one month deposit

Covered Moorage

• 38-foot slips are $325.00 per month, and include electricity
• 50-foot slips are $425.00 per month, and include electricity
• Waiting list is available, priority given to Fair Harbor Marina tenants

Summer Moorage

• 20-foot side ties are $140.00 per month, 6-month requirement

30 days notice required to terminate and receive full deposit refund.Electricity may be metered in winter months and adjusted accordingly
